What Platform Do You Use?
I design all of my client websites on the self-hosted WordPress Platform. This means it makes it super-easy for you to use and maintain, keeps your website flexible and importantly, mobile friendly.
How Long Will It Take To Design My Website
Each project is different and can vary, however the Zella ‘Full Service’ package as an example, will usually take between 6-8 weeks to complete, depending on the scope of the project and the responsiveness of clients during the process.
How Far In Advance Do I Need To Book?
I book the majority of work 2 months in advance, but that’s not to say that if you opt for the Zella ‘One’ Package, we couldn’t get it done much much faster for you. Please enquire directly.
Do You Offer A Payment Plan?
Yes! We can tailor a plan to suit you, but all projects are paid for in full prior to completion.
Do You Offer Ongoing Support
Absolutely we love to support our clients. You will receive support throughout the launch of your website and we will also be on hand to help with any questions during the first 2 weeks. You can purchase an ongoing support plan after this if you wish to.
